Need help disassembling EV Force 15

I'm a fairly hand guy, but I'll be darned if I can figure out how to disassemble an EV Force 15 cabinet. I've got a dead horn and need to be able to get to it. The grill doesn't appear to have any fasteners, and seems to be held in place by a groove near the front of the cabinet on all 4 sides. There are no other obvious fasteners on the whole box, except for the screws holding the corner protectors on. There is a rectangular slit in the back of the carpet stuff suggesting the back might come off, but once again, no exposed fasteners.

This is a fairly inexpensive model that EV sold about 15 years ago. 15" woofer and 1" titanium horn driver in a somewhat large (30") particle board box. If anyone has done this would you please offer me a clue?

Thanks.
