suggestions sought for replacement amps

Is anyone using Perreaux amps?
I have been using, with good results, Perraux amps, their older 3000 series amps (pmf3150, 3400, etc.). But as time goes on, and their output fets no longer being manufactured, I would like to look into some other 300-500 watt per chnl class A or A/B amps. Has anyone had any experience with these perreuax models, and/or, any suggestions for alternatives? Thanks,
