Hi Bambi,
While I am a sax player by hobby, I've dinked (technical term) with synths of all sorts on the Roland FP-5 keyboard, which like yours, has some rather nice B3-type synths built in.
What I've found is the synths you can download and use with a Midi-based recording system gives you far wider latitude. So, for example, you can purchase samples like this: http://www.virtual-pipes.com/ (no affil) and then map them. The problem with this is that you do have to dink around with a laptop and all the other techie parts to get it to work.
