I'm in a similar situation. I have *A* brand new, never even been connected, Altec 290-4G that I bought for a project idea back in about 1977. Yes, *one* driver. I don't really care about selling it, though. Maybe someday I'll mate it up to a horn and startle the crap out of the entire neighborhood. lol

Anyway, about your driver...

First of all, regarding it's value, it's worth what somebody is willing to pay for it. Second, wrt marketing it, you might inform local sound contractors, small/medium churches, and other folks who might use it in a simple single-point source reinforcement system, that it's available. There is the issue of suitable horn mating, but that's their problem. ;)
