Well out of the units you have shown you would get the most filtration
and ease of use with the Behringer
Not only do you have stereo 31 band eq but you have parametrics and
I believe you can run pink noise through it and it will auto calibrate
your system with a flat test mic attached
Its really a versatile tool and the cost is low
I just googled it and saw a brand new one for 179.00

With the parametrics you wont have as much control and you have to
set it by ear..
