First you are mixing balance and unbalanced connections with those XLRs and RCAs. Second, I would not use the Speakons. There are screws that hold the wires in on the NL4s. So, good luck getting those little 22awg wires to stay in there. Third, why not use a multipin connector designed for the job. Rapco, ProCo, Whirlwind, etc all have multipin connectors that may be cable and surface mounted. You can order a custom cable already soldered and terminated, so that all you would have to do (providing you supply the proper measurements, is plug the components in. Then, all you would have to do is connect your one connector for audio, one connector for power, and you are done.
