Hi,

Hi, I have the Cambridge Audio Azur 640A V2 amplifier. I want to connect it to a pair of Quad 12L active speakers - with the amps built in.

1. Can I connect them to the pre-out connection of the Azur - that is specifically designed to connect it with a power amplifier or active subwoofer?
2. What would sound better - the 12L active to the pre-out of the Azur
or
the normal, non-amplified Quad 12L from the amplifier's regular speaker plugs?
