Your friend should go to behringer.com, and give them the exact model number and hopefully serial number of the wedge. Retailers are typically uninterested in tracking down replacement parts.
While there may be another diaphragm which will "fit" physically, that can easily become a time-consuming quest. Even if such a diaphragm is found, it may not have the same characteristics as the original, thus producing a sound which is not like the original.
Whenever replacing a diaphragm, whether a compression driver or a cone driver, the only way to be assured of "like-new" performance is to buy the direct replacement part.
