Ashly 3102 problem

I recently came across two Ashly 3102 Graphic EQs, while doing a club overhaul.
One is in excellent condition. The other has one good side, but the other side only boosts or cuts on every other band (15 of the 31 bands).
I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this in an Ashly or any other Graphic EQ and knows what the problem might be. Could it be a summing amplifier at the end of the bands that has gone bad?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
