If you have the time, you may want to experiment with the crossover and levels from woofer to mid without the sub. The 300-600hz and 8K dips maybe fixed with this type of tweaking. Also if you can, experiment with the woofers room placement.
If the 70hz dip is room dependant it'll be hard to cure without major construction. You'll have to consider membrane traps. If the 300-600hz and 8K dips aren't improved much by crossover and level changes, duct board absorbers and diffusion can help.
The best thing to do is buy a couple of acres of wooded land. Make a nice picnic area and set your system up out there. You’ll be free of echoes and standing waves. Bugs and weather maybe be problematic at times. Nothings perfect.
