Dan, your in room measurement doesn't look too bad to me. Our rooms tend to wreak havoc with even the smoothest performing loudspeakers. I'd say that the broad peak centered at 33Hz. and the deep notch at 80Hz. are probably standing wave effects. I get a deep notch at 100Hz. and peak at 200Hz. at my center chair regardless of what speakers are playing.

Your close measurement of the sub shows that it is working as it should. Overall the response looks a bit bass heavy, as though the Seismic sub and perhaps the mid bass horn levels may be a bit high in relation to the midrange drivers and tweeters. From 500Hz. up it looks like you've got it made.
