ASUS ASIO driver is 24-bit, which is not supported by cPlay.

It is not unique to your setup.

Aside from using ASIO4ALL, which is a compromise sound quality-wise, you have 2 options:

1. Give up on ASUS, and replace it with another soundcard;
2. Give up on cPlay, and replace it with another media player.

As I understand, cics (developer of cPlay) is not interested in making 24-bit version. By the same token, I'm fairly sure ASUS is not going to create 32-bit version of their driver.
