The 12MHZ TCXO is just a waste of money. It may increase the performance a little but that clock get's PLL multiplied then cut up into a really noise I2S.

I am a little confused about the reclocking. If they use a secondary PLL and VCXO then it's a good idea. If it is an asynchronous reclocking then all bets are off.

They all look too similar not to be cut from the same cloth.

I design with the TDA1543 a ton... my take one is best, more than one is not but the output needs to be buffered.
