Substantial updates to the CPlayListEditor application

Hi,

Seger gave some good feedback so I incorporated some of his suggestions and also added another feature.

New stuff:

- select multiple tracks to send in and out of track and play list.

- double click a track in the track list sends it to the play list.

- added option to title tracks as Artist - Track, but currently only works when reading embedded tags.

- Added an option to send the current play list directly to CPlay. When you set this option, a dialog box will ask you for the path to CPlay.exe. If you enter the full path, which on my system is at:
C:\Program Files\cics Play\cicsPlay.exe
then a "Play" button will be enabled. When you have items in the play list, hitting play will launch CPlay with a cue sheet that contains all the songs in the play list. This will only work if CPlay is not currently opened. You will need to close CPlay in order to send an updated play list to the CPlay application.
