the picoPSU is powering the whole cMP squared system.
the end 4 pins of the ATX connector are left empty!
Right now i am using the version picoPSU-120-WI-25V which has originaly no ATX12V wire. I used an ATX12V wire from an old ATX-PSU and soldered it to the picoPSU-120-WI-25V.

The version of the picoPSU you mentioned (http://www.silentpcreview.com/article601-page1.html) has NO 12V regulators on board. If you are feeding this psu with 12.8V the output will be 12.8V.
Cant say anything about the 200W version.
