I use the same drive in my superMINI and think it's one of the fastest SSD drives out there.
Note... there are two types MLC (Multiple Layer) and SLC (Single Layer). SLC is always faster than MLC, but MLC still seems to be fast than a real hard drive. MLC is usually less expensive and has more volume as bits are done 2 at a time with 4 transistors. Thought you would think this is faster it is actually slower than 1 at a time (SLC).
Samsung makes this 128 and all of theirs are SLC. Intel, Transend and others use the MLC.
There are allot of reason's why this sounds better. Lower overall system noise, faster response time and stuff all seems too work better.
