The Scythe T.I.M. sounds interesting, but could find no good reviews of it. I did a bit of web-research into thermal materials before my last build and found that Arctic Silver 5 is still as good as any of them, except in special circumstances (like extreme gaming), and it's easy to put on and off, so I'll stay with it. I would try Arctic Cooling Mx-2, which got superb test results, but as it's so thin, needs perfectly flat surfaces - must do some lapping first; it is also supposed to be the easiest to put on and off.
