I have not observed the scrambling you report, having opened many cuesheets in cMP2. However, I have suggested below under RE: cPlay 2.0b5 Released that the numbering of tracks should not increment for the portions of a split track. In the screen shot you show last the 06 track, while it should be 08 in cics current method of numbering, is really correctly number and the ones that follow are not.
