In your D:\program files\cMP folder, open the file called cicsMemoryPlayer.pth with Notepad. The second line reads:

CUE_PLAYER #N "c:\program files\cics Play\cicsPlay.exe" %C

Changing C:\ to D:\ and saving the file should work.
