Your post demonstrates just how much you dont know about the subject. The Mytek is used with a S/PDIF to USB interface, not the other way around. And the data transfer is the only concern from the Mytek to the PC. Jitter is a non-issue. Jitter is dealt with inside the A/D by a low jitter Superclock.
