I have found that all rubber-based suspensions sag and fail with time. I have started using Techflex tubing. It's very strong when pulled tight and won't sag. I take some lengths of it and thread it through the hard drive tray holes to make a cradle. I slide the hard drives in between. This isolates just as well as more stretchy materials.
