It looks like the Benchmark ADC1 USB would work, but expensive, like the Rosetta 200. For $500 this USB pro digital recorder, Sony PCMD50 96kHz/24bit PCM Recorder with USB, might do it. It looks like it could take an analogue line in from your phono preamp. You can try it on approval.
