Looking for Vista Dvd-v Authoring software

I've been using Lplex to burn 96/24 wav files to video Dvd's. I'm pleased with the sound quality, but I'd like to get more sophisticated with DVD authoring. Looking for:

* Burn DVD video format
* 96/24 wav files are burned as 96/24 (no reformatting)
* A still image is shown for each wav file
* Menu allows playback starting at a selected wav file.
* Runs on Windows Vista
