Juli@ version 979 drivers don't uninstall from Windows XP neatly, and I assume this is same for 978 as the files look same (but I haven't used 978). Quickest way I've found: Go to win32 folder that is inside _drv_juli@_3264 folder and double-click on UnInstall_32.exe file. Click on Uninstall button and wait for it to complete. (This removes Juli@ devices) Don't restart yet. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32 - find JulaASIO.dll and JulaPAN.exe and delete. Now go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers - find Jula.sys and JulaWDM.sys and delete. Now restart computer.

I've used this way many times now, as I have been comparing Juli@ 0.979 and 1.21 drivers back and forth. If problems persist, try new driver download, or reinstall windows.
