I would think that any of the hi-res sites would do this, unless they have special blocking software. But perhaps not. Are there any special laws in Canada that would prevent this? It's not a question of geography. I have successfully downloaded from the UK (Linn) and Norway. (It is advisable to use a download manager with intercontinental downloads, such as Leechget.)
