I know this isn't quite what you're asking, but since iTunes does wav, you could optionally convert Flac to wav or to aiff via a converter. Then, if you're so inclined, you can use iTunes.

That's what I'm doing, although in my case, I convert both wav and flac to aiff. I use the xAct audio compression toolkit -- see link. For example I've used this converter on the 24/96 Flac downloads files I purchased from High Def Tape Transfer site. Works fine, sounds good.
