AudioDVDCreator (or similar sounding shareware program) did work for me.

I used Foobar2k and SRC to generate 24/96 wav files and then created burnable DVD (not DVD-A) images with that program. I can fit 2 to 3 CDs to one DVD.

Don't recall any issues. The sound was fantastic.
