Foobar2000 0.8.x album art plugin below. You will need to use Columns UI with this plugin. As I recall, you put a graphics file in the same subdirectory as the music file.

Note that in the latest versions of Foobar2000, 0.9.5.x, the Default UI includes an album art viewer with no need for an additional plugin. The Default UI's viewer uses the cover art embedded in the file's metadata tag -- this is different from the Columns UI approach, as above.
