Folks.

If Accurate-Rip tells you your rip is accurate, I'd expect
it is accurate.

Even with just one byte changed, it'll generate a different checksum, thus
being not accurate.

There is IMO no need to compare waveforms.

Perhaps I just misunderstood the way Accurate-Rip is supposed to work - you'll tell me.

Now. If the files turn out to be identical and you still think there is a difference in sound, copy them somewhere else (e.g. USB-Stick/RAMDISK) or e.g. use full file buffering under Foobar to see if there is still a difference.
