Sounds like you are on the right track. I also like the combination of oil caps and Teflons. I will give you some small trade secrets:

The oil caps should be no smaller than 3.3uFd. The teflon bypass caps should be .22 uFd. For off-the shelf Teflons, I like the Sonicap Platinums the best for clarity and HF extension. Very airy and natural. If your system is too bright, then the V-Cap Teflons are excellent.

When you get the bux, I would recommend changing out the Behringer.
