CMP is NOT based on USB!

It is based on a soundcard such as the Juli@ or the Emu1212 or yes, the Lynx 22 utilizing ASIO and minimizing latency.

While the papers all talk about outputting upsampled 24/192 digital spdif or AES/EBU to a dac, you don't HAVE to do that.

According to Cics (I asked him a similiar question about my Lynx 2b) any improvements due to CMP will also be enjoyed by your Lynx card using the analog outs.
