wow. you have a $12k pair of speakers there (originally). You seem content with the sound. All I can add is: Have you experimented with different amps? i.e. SET, hybrid? Maybe try a tube pre amp inbetween if you have a dedicated power amp.

It seems like experimenting is the only way to see what works best with your other components, room, music, and and your tastes.
