Have most of my collection on Flac

I didnt pay attention while encoding so The Rolling Stones for example are found in two places: The Rolling Stones and other albums under Rolling Stones.

How does one fix that?

Also It would be nice if iTunes could access Flac.

So, lossless apple codecs vs flac. Which is best. Am thinking of redoing my collection in an apple format for greater compatibility with my ipods.
