Convolution engine under OSX ??

Hi folks.

I'd like to try some FireWire audio-interfaces under OSX.

The best commercial multichannel FW interfaces around are obviously
MAC only.

Since I am using currently brutefir as DSP-audio-engine under Linux
as active crossover and volume control, I am looking for a similar engine under OSX.

Did anybody come across a nice convolution engine, which would work with
core-audio and e.g. an Apogee Ensemble or a Metric Halo 2882.
