Unfortunately your understanding of digital file structure is flawed. You are confusing compression with remapping into a LARGER space. Compression takes data and moves it into a SMALLER space. Low level detail gets louder.
What I am doing has noting to do with compression. Low level detail does not get louder it simply takes advantage of the lower noise floor of 24 bit space. By using gain adjust everything gets moved up equally in level to the upper bits where there is far greater data no compression takes place. Again your "loudness factor" is an improper assesment.
