Thanks for your comments, and the link was very informative. As for iTunes providing "decent volume," it all relative in the world of "free" jazz. As a producer, it is very frustrating to realize that even in this particular market (of music played and recorded in "real" time/space) many listeners no longer care to purchase formats that can best present the subtleties of the performances.
