Little Help: visually impared needs to use PC, looking for a player

Gang,

I have a dealer who is visually impared and uses a PC for all his work. We are trying to find a Player Program that will allow him to use his voice output as well as the dac.

Most of the new players are using graphical menu's which will not work. Any suggestions?
