Im not quite sure just how much of the needed hardware you have but this site has cheap phono preamps/w line stages (some) along with the convenience of a line level control. The prices are very reasonable. Many on AA have used them with high praise.

You could run the signal into your computers 1/8" line in jack. Or if you wanted to take it a step further in sound quality you could add a M-Audio 2496 card. They tend to go cheap used on ebay.

As you can see by the post below yours I use a Digital Audio Labs CardDeluxe and love it.
