I think its got something to do with digital interacting with analog signals.

I tried Shakti stones and Onlines on tube preamp, tube power amps, phono stage and... nothing. No difference to my ears. But when I installed a DAC, the Shaktis made a huge difference on the exact same position with the DAC included. I don't know what they do, but they do work as advertised.
