Just a note about frequency accuracy specifications...

A frequency accuracy spec is talking about the average frequency as measured with a highly accurate frequency counter. In a digital audio system, frequency accuracy is not all that meaningful in and of itself.

That's different from a jitter spec, which is another way of saying how much the instantaneous frequency differs from its average.
