Gordon, you also post in the same DIY Audio forum as I. As you know, in that ‘other audio forum’ the type of poster is different than here. The people at DIY tend to be hands on builders and experimenters. The people on this AA forum tend to be consumers with a few smattering of experts that the forum respects.
The attitude on the DIY forum goes something like: “if you can’t measure it; it don’t mean shit”. (That pretty much sums up my attitude as well.)
Is there room for a different opinion on this AA forum other than ‘Everything including Shakti Stones and $550 USB cables matter’?
You and the other experts hold sway here as to setting the tone for tolerance.
