Computer Audio Asylum

Gang,

I have been overloaded with questions about cables and stuff over the last week.

Look remember this is Audio. Everything you do is going to change the sound of stuff. You have to remember this and sometimes it seems silly, impossible or maybe not even intuitive. But this hobby is not black and white.

Why does every PC program sound different using the same file?

Why do different USB cables make a difference?

Look there are so many possibilities here that none of us can tell or even think to have the time to try.

Don't kill the messanger, especially if you have not tried it.
