As long as your wireless network can handle the traffic, although it's really not much bandwidth required even for full WAV streams. I've heard of folks running as many as eight players in various rooms around their homes.
The only thing that I can think you may want to know is that even when synched, each stream is independantly sent to the players, so two players uses 2x the bandwidth, three use 3x, etc. Also, each player can have individual configuration settings for things like brightness, screensavers and Now Playing display information. You can give them each a name to keep them straight. Oh, and they can also have independant alarms (for the bedroom Squeezebox that will be next :-).
What to expect in the web interface (if you use it) is a drop down box in the upper right frame that will show you the currently selected player. Change the player in the dropdown to see the Now Playing info, the current playlist, and to play or add tracks to that player's playlist.
And you should at least try synching them. The synching mechanism isn't very sophisticated, but when it works it works surprisingly well.
