EAC - whats best ripping method

Hi,
I'm all set up now to start ripping my CD collection and i noticed i have the option to rip separate tracks or image +cue sheet. If i'm ripping the entire CD what would be the best choice ? This is regardless whether is a live performance or a studio performance. If i go image, would i be able to send some tracks to a specific playlist later on when playing back ? Thanks.
