I'm enjoying the downright inexpensive LPS you recommended for my SB Touch. It's 1A current capability doesn't seem to provide a challenge with the player. I use the EDO Out app which disables the analog output and use the screen saver feature (unit is located in a closet), so it is rarely illuminated.
Definitely clearer sounding than the stock SMPS wall wart. I no longer have the other LPS units from Teradak and Welborne Labs I used to so I cannot provide a comparison. Just for grins, however, I might just take the massive HD-Plex linear used with the microRendu to the garage and see it compares. :)
Worth the $18 including shipping? Heck yes!
