Hi Abe, I want to follow up on fixing AV+, for Mac /Sierra.
That involves moving the IOAudioFamily.kext from El Capitan, which I've never used, to Sierra.
I went from Yosemite directly to Sierra.
Finale and Korg Audiogate both have Sierra Updates, so I went for it.

AV+ won't work in Direct Mode without this.
Damien said this will fix it, and cause no other problems.

I think you posted the actual Instructions to do this, my Computer repair person will do it, but would like to see the instructions first.

Would you please repost, or provide a link to your original post, which i haven't found?

I seem to be the only one here with the Error Message from AV+ about the Direct Mode no longer working, in Sierra.
