RE: inexpensive yet decent USB to S/PDIF?

I have not tried the unit in question but I would prefer one that has it's own power supply via wall wart or similar. That way you can use a USB chord with the power leg disabled so you can eliminate the noise that it generates. I have tried mine with USB power and with it's own power and the difference is quite obvious. I use a Yulong U18 which is a bit more expensive but works well.
