RE: My CD Player files for unemployment today

My CD player retired and just sits in my rack for the most part for a couple of years now. It still helps out now and then for a disc I haven't ripped, very rare to see him lift a finger.

I like Windows Media Player when I used it, I also was using something called Windows Media Center which was on top of Windows and allowed me to control the tracks with a remote control using a plug in IR USB receiver. It was really great to hear WMA lossless and see it on the TV at the time (artwork and all). This must have been a decade ago so not sure if Windows Media Center is even a product anymore.

edit, looks like Microsoft stopped supporting Windows Media Center. It was cool when it was around. Long time ago however.
