Hey all,
Here's a quick demo I put together on video of Daphile Linux. https://www.daphile.com/
Linux has the ability to upsample PCM to DSD and an easy way to have all the settings in place without tweaking the kernel yourself like crazy is to install Daphile Linux.
It is a piece of cake.
With all this talk about linux systems, people on a budget can have this system installed, also since it uses the same front end system as the Squeezebox you can run tidal through the system and upsample your streaming FLAC libraries to DSD as well. My DAC goes to 128 DSD with the current firmware but I see DSD 4x is available and possibly higher depending on your DAC and if it meets standard USB audio implementation. Which would be compatible with USBAudio in linux.
