.wma to flac (or mp3) conversion in 2016

Hi,

I have a bunch of .wma files that wont playback in Audirvana, I need to convert them to either .flac or .mp3

Flac is lossless and the 320kbps LAME encoder for .mp3 is apparently pretty good - so I guess thats the first question - which way to go?.

Secondly, which program to use in 2016 - can be either MAC or Windows platform, but needs to be able to batch convert 100 albums or so, keeping things as good as possible.
